Privacy Policy
What we collect on this site, what it is for and who touches it. Written for what this site actually does and for the work we deliver.
Who handles your data
The data controller is FORÇADIGITAL - COMÉRCIO E SERVIÇOS, (SU), Lda., with registered offices in Talatona, Luanda, Angola.
For anything concerning your data, write to geral@forcadigitall.ao or call +244 929 180 085.
What this site collects
There are three situations, and only three:
- The “Request a quote” form: your name, company, contact (email or phone), the description of what you need and the address of the page where you filled the form in. The last one is only so we know which service you are asking about.
- A hidden field in the form exists solely to stop bots. If it is filled in, the request is never sent and nothing is stored.
- Automatic logs from the server hosting the site: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type. Any web server generates these; they are used for security and diagnostics and are not cross-referenced with the requests we receive.
If you prefer the “Send by WhatsApp” button, nothing goes through this site: WhatsApp opens with the message already written and WhatsApp carries it.
There is nothing else. This site uses no cookies, no audience-measurement tools, no advertising pixels and no social buttons that follow your browsing.
What we use it for
- Answering your request, clearing up questions and preparing a proposal with scope, deadline and price.
- Arranging and preparing meetings.
- Performing the contract, if the project goes ahead: communication, invoicing and support.
- Meeting legal obligations, mainly tax and accounting ones, where invoicing exists.
We use your data for nothing else. We send no newsletters and no campaigns: if you get a message from us, it answers something you asked or belongs to work in progress.
We do not sell, rent or pass data to third parties for commercial purposes. And we do not use the data in your requests, or our clients’ data, to train artificial intelligence models, ours or anyone else’s.
On what grounds
- Your consent, given when you send the form or write to us.
- The pre-contractual steps you ask for: looking at your case and putting a proposal together.
- Performance of the contract, once a project goes ahead.
- Compliance with legal obligations, where invoicing exists.
Processing follows Law 22/11 of 17 June — the Angolan Personal Data Protection Law.
Who else touches this data
We work with few suppliers and each one does a single job:
- Web3Forms — receives the form content and delivers it to our mailbox. We do not keep requests archived in that service.
- Our email provider — where the message sits once delivered, like any email.
- Vercel — hosts the site pages and generates the server logs described above.
- WhatsApp (Meta) — only if you choose that channel to reach us.
Inside the company, the request is seen by whoever handles the reply and, if there is a project, by the team working on it. Nobody else.
These suppliers run servers outside Angola, so the data leaves the country when you use them. That is the normal condition of any form or email on the internet; if you would rather it were not so, call or write to us directly.
How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to a project: 24 months, so we can pick the conversation up if you come back. After that, deleted.
- Clients: for the length of the relationship and, once it ends, for the periods Angolan tax and accounting law imposes on invoicing records.
- Server logs: for the short period set by the hosting provider.
You can ask for deletion before these periods, except where the law requires us to keep the records.
When we work inside your systems
On a project we often reach your company’s data: clients, invoices, documents, conversations. In that role we decide nothing about that data — we act on your instruction, as a processor.
In practice that means access only to what is needed and only while the work lasts, confidentiality across the whole team, no use for our own purposes, no reuse for training models, and return or deletion of the data at the end, as set out in the contract.
When a project involves artificial intelligence, we state in writing, before any decision, what data is used, where it is processed and what the model providers retain.
Your rights
- Know what data of yours we hold and get a copy.
- Correct anything wrong or out of date.
- Ask for deletion.
- Object to the processing and withdraw consent at any time.
Write to geral@forcadigitall.ao. We answer within 30 days at most and charge nothing for it.
If you feel we handled it badly, you may complain to the Data Protection Agency (APD), the Angolan supervisory authority.
Security
- The site is served over HTTPS: what you type into the form travels encrypted.
- Access to mailboxes and working tools uses two-step authentication.
- The team is trained in the safe use of technology — it is a subject we also teach.
No measure removes risk entirely. If there is ever an incident that affects you, we will tell you and explain what happened.
Who this site is for
This site addresses companies and institutions. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you know of a case, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change how we handle data — for instance, if we ever start measuring audiences — we will update this page and the date below. Changes apply from publication.
