Who we are and what this site is

This site belongs to FORÇADIGITAL - COMÉRCIO E SERVIÇOS, (SU), Lda., with registered offices in Talatona, Luanda, Angola.

It is a corporate site: it presents our services, platforms and training, and lets you request a quote. It is not a shop and delivers no service here. The Rubrica, Pauta and Falado IA platforms are separate products, with their own sites and terms.

What the text on this site is worth

Deadlines, scopes and service descriptions are indicative: they refer to typical work and give you an idea of what we do and how long it takes. They can vary with the size and complexity of what you need.

Nothing on this site is a binding contractual offer. What binds us is the written proposal we hand you, with scope, deadline and price, once we know your case.

The automation examples and the hours saved are estimates drawn from real work, not guarantees of results for your company.

Sending us a request

• Sending the form creates no contract and no obligation on our side to take the work on.
• The data you give us should be true, and the contact should be yours or used with the permission of whoever it belongs to.
• Do not send passwords, access credentials, bank details, health data or third-party confidential information through this form. If documents need sharing, we will agree a suitable channel with you.
• We reserve the right not to reply to automated, advertising or offensive messages.

Permitted use

You may read, print and share the pages of this site for your own or professional use, citing the source. What you may not do:

• Copy the text, images, illustrations, film or code and present them as your own.
• Harvest content automatically and in bulk, or use it to train systems, without written permission.
• Attempt to reach non-public areas, test for vulnerabilities or interfere with the site’s operation without our written permission.

We do cybersecurity work and welcome responsible disclosure: if you find a flaw, write to geral@forcadigitall.ao before making it public.

Content and rights

• The text, images, illustrations, film and code on this site belong to Força Digital.
• Client logos belong to their respective owners and appear with permission, to identify work delivered.
• Third-party application marks — WhatsApp, Instagram, Excel, Outlook and others — belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify the tools we integrate with.
• Icons come from the Lucide library under the ISC licence, and some brand symbols from Simple Icons, in the public domain (CC0).

Links to other sites

This site links to our platform sites and to third-party sites. We do not control what is published there and are not answerable for it.

Availability and changes

We do what we can to keep the site available and accurate, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or for reasons outside our control. We may change, add or withdraw content at any time.

Liability

We answer for the commitments we make in the contracts we sign. As for this site, we are not answerable for decisions taken solely on the information published here, without a proposal from us and without an analysis of your specific case.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Angolan law. The courts of Luanda have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, with express waiver of any other.
